The grievance redressal cell is established to provide a platform for students, faculty and staff members to voice their grievances and complaints in a safe and confidential environment. Its main focus is to identify the root causes of grievances and complaints and to take effective measures and initiatives to prevent their recurrence in the future.
OBJECTIVES:
•To coordinate between students and departments.
•To ensure fair, impartial, hassle free solutions of the grievances.
•To monitor and respond to all stakeholders grievances.
SCOPE:
The cell will deal with grievances related to any of the following matters:
•Sanitation conditions
•infrastructure
•Grievances related to other issues
Functioning of the Cell
•To accept written and relevant grievances from all the stakeholders related to the system.
•To analyzes the nature of grievances and adopt necessary steps
•To protect privacy and confidentiality of the complainant during the enquiry.
•To collect the facts through relevant sources in a fair and objective manner.
•To ensure timely disposal of every grievance application. •To prepare annual report<
PROCEDURE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT AND THE MECHANISM OF REDRESSAL:
•Receiving and recording complaints mainly through online grievance portal and written contents in the Grievance box.
